Holbrook HR was set up by Rachel, who spent most of her career running HR for manufacturers and retailers around Leeds. In those jobs she had a team, a budget and a legal department down the corridor. The owners of the smaller firms she bought from and sold to had none of that, and it showed every time a dismissal went wrong or a contract turned out to say the opposite of what everyone had assumed.
So she left to work for them instead. The name comes from the street where the first clients were found: three small businesses within a few doors of each other, all with the same problems and nobody to ask.
Who you'll work with
Rachel works with a small group of experienced HR associates, each of whom has run the people side of a business themselves. You'll have one named adviser who gets to know how your business works, so you're never explaining yourself from scratch.
For legal advice and tribunal work we bring in employment solicitors we trust, and we'll tell you plainly when you need one.
What we believe
